• SMT Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
• Regularly inspect and maintain SMT equipment to ensure normal operation.
• Respond quickly and resolve equipment failures during the production process to minimize downtime.
• **Support NPI (DFM/DFT) evaluation**
• Equipment Performance Optimization:
• Analyze equipment operation data, propose and implement performance improvement plans.
• Conduct equipment debugging to ensure production efficiency and product quality.
• **Analyze causes of SMT equipment anomalies and implement countermeasures to enhance productivity**
• **Lead small improvement projects (OEE enhancement)**
• Equipment Installation and Debugging:
• Assist in the installation and debugging of new equipment to ensure it meets production requirements.
• Train operators to ensure they can correctly use and maintain the equipment.
• **Familiar with SMT equipment operation and application, establish skills training plans, cultivate engineering line anomaly analysis capability (5W, short/long-term countermeasures, parallel operations & prevention), and reduce anomaly handling time**
• **Establish simplified, optimized, and standardized SMT equipment execution processes, and promptly improve after equipment anomalies to achieve rapid problem-solving capabilities**
• Technical Support and Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
• Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and other engineering teams to provide technical support.
• Participate in equipment selection and technical evaluation, offering suggestions to improve production line efficiency.
• **Evaluate and verify new equipment data and assist in organizing report data**
• **Find the best solutions through team communication.**
