贸易跟单经理 MO Manager

该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities: Communication with Traders concerning Client Purchases, Contracts and Documents Negotiations. Creation and Administration of Sales Contracts. Entry of the contracts/specifications into SAP.

Review of Open Account, Prepayment and LC sales agreements and related contractual instruments.

Ensure consistency between sales agreements and payment instruments

Management of documentary credits, including LC checking, amendments requesting and negotiations.

Communication with Freight, Logistics and Shipping Agents concerning vessel nominations and shipping instructions

Control of Credit Advice, Agent Fees and Surveyor invoices. Coordinate with finance manager to control of Accounts Receivables. Requirements: Experience in middle office operation and sales support above 5 years;  Vast knowledge of international trading and incoterms;

 Experienced in instruments & offshore trading (LC, bank drafts)  High level of business communication and negotiations skills; Proficiency in MS Office / SAP, ability to analyze large datasets; Knowledge of hedging process contract signing - as advantage;

Advanced level of English language. Russian language – as advantage.
