Job Description of EDP-Mobilizer - SSRDP Trust

Job Role: EDP-Mobilizer (Entrepreneurship Development Program)

Designation: EDP-Mobilizer

Center: SSRDP Bangalore

Salary offered: 20000/- pm

In addition, Accommodation and meals are provided for free

Key Responsibilities:

· Target candidates with solar and electrical backgrounds through social media ads and the Placement India portal

· Reach out to installer candidates on the PM Suryaghar Portal for both offline and hybrid training

· Engage solar installers on Justdial, IndiaMART, Sulekha, and similar platforms

· Arrange first-level interviews for selected candidates with Schneider Electric for the second level

· Reach out to solar-trained candidates across all training centers of SSRDP

· Contact ITI students in colleges where SSRDP has set up solar labs

· Suggest institutional partnerships to the Mobilization Head

· Maintain all enrolled student data in a tracker and any MIS platform

· Organize hybrid training sessions and ensure all candidates attend the sessions

Performance Indicators

· Number of qualified solar and electrical candidates sourced per month

· Conversion rate from outreach to enrollment

· Interviews arranged with Schneider Electric for shortlisted candidates per cycle

· Attendance rate of candidates at hybrid training sessions

· Accuracy and timeliness of candidate data maintenance in MIS platforms

Candidate Profile

· Candidate should have strong leadership and skills in, community relationship-building, counselling, and data tracking to identify and enroll potential entrepreneurs into training programs

· Strong inter personal skills

Qualifications

Graduate degree (preferably in Social Work, Business Development, Education, Rural Development, or related streams

Experience:

1 to 3 years of relevant field experience in candidate mobilization, community outreach, vocational training, CSR projects, sales, or the NGO/development sector

Deep familiarity with the target geography, local demographics, grassroots networks, Panchayat/PRI bodies, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), and local community leaders

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
