Mobile & Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are expanding our team to build and scale the Group’s next-generation career platform. We are looking for a proactive Developer who excels at both mobile app development (Flutter) and backend architecture (.NET C#). In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of key product modules, incorporate cutting-edge AI features, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences across iOS and Android.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance mobile interfaces using Flutter/Dart for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Develop, support, and optimize RESTful APIs and database systems using .NET C# to power new and existing features.
• Incorporate AI-driven functionality to elevate platform capability, smart matching, and user efficiency.
• Manage end-to-end deployments, updates, and patches on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Take full ownership of assigned modules, driving continuous enhancements and resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Partner closely with Frontend Engineers, Product/Marketing teams, and key stakeholders to deliver seamless product features.
• Conduct feature demos, presentations, and training sessions for internal and external users.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Flutter, Dart, and mobile development to continuously improve platform performance and architecture.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter / Dart.
• 1–3+ years of general mobile app development experience across iOS and Android.
• 3–5+ years of backend development experience with .NET C# and REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of database management and backend API design.
• Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in an agile team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building scalable, high-impact products.
