The Role

We are seeking a talented Mobile App Developer to join our remote technology team on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and improving mobile applications across iOS and/or Android platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong programming skills with an understanding of user experience, application performance, and modern mobile development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance high-quality mobile applications.
• Build responsive and intuitive mobile interfaces for users.
• Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Work with product and design teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Integrate APIs, databases, authentication, and third-party services.
• Troubleshoot application issues and resolve technical defects efficiently.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Support application releases, updates, and version improvements.
• Monitor application performance and recommend technical enhancements.
• Follow security, coding, testing, and software development best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of professional mobile application development experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of iOS, Android, or cross-platform development.
• Experience with technologies such as Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, React Native, or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, databases, and application architecture.
• Familiarity with Git and modern software development workflows.
• Knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Professional certifications are not required unless relevant to the role.
