Role Overview

ETDOX is looking for a motivated Mobile App Developer Intern to help design, develop, test, and improve mobile applications for internal products, SaaS platforms, AI-powered applications, and client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android and/or iOS mobile applications.
• Build responsive and user-friendly mobile interfaces.
• Convert UI/UX designs from Figma into functional mobile applications.
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
• Implement authentication, user profiles, notifications, and other application features.
• Work with backend developers to integrate APIs and databases.
• Debug and resolve application crashes, UI issues, and performance problems.
• Test applications across different devices and screen sizes.
• Implement secure data handling and basic mobile security practices.
• Use Git/GitHub for version control and team collaboration.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and product discussions.
• Prepare applications for testing and deployment through the appropriate app distribution platforms.

Required Skills

Candidates should have knowledge of at least one mobile development technology:

• Flutter / Dart, or
• React Native / JavaScript / TypeScript, or
• Android / Kotlin, or
• iOS / Swift

Additional requirements:

• Understanding of mobile application development fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
• Understanding of Git/GitHub.
• Basic debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of responsive/adaptive mobile UI.
• Ability to work with APIs and third-party SDKs.

Preferred Skills

• Firebase / Supabase.
• Push notifications.
• Authentication systems.
• Local storage and state management.
• Payment gateway integration.
• Maps/location APIs.
• AI/LLM API integration.
• App performance optimization.
• CI/CD for mobile applications.
• Experience publishing an app to Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
• Basic knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js or Python.
