We are looking for a motivated Mobile Application Developer Intern who is eager to learn, build practical skills, and contribute to real-world applications under the guidance of experienced developers.

Role Overview

As a Mobile Application Developer Intern, you will learn how mobile applications are designed, developed, tested, and connected to backend services. You will initially become familiar with our development practices and gradually take on more responsibility as your skills improve.

We value strong programming fundamentals, problem-solving ability, consistency, and a willingness to learn over experience with every technology in our stack.

What You'll Work On

• Develop and enhance mobile applications using React Native or Flutter.

• Build user-friendly mobile interfaces and reusable UI components.

• Integrate REST APIs and connect mobile applications with backend services.

• Implement application features such as authentication, navigation, and data handling.

• Work with databases and backend services where required.

• Debug issues, investigate errors, and improve application performance.

• Test applications across devices and resolve reported issues.

• Collaborate with developers on code reviews, documentation, and feature development.

• Learn and follow good coding practices and version control workflows.

• Contribute to improving application usability, reliability, and maintainability.

Technical Skills

Core Requirements

• Good programming fundamentals and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with React Native or Flutter, or a strong willingness to learn one of them.

• Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript for React Native, or Dart for Flutter.

• Understanding of basic mobile application concepts and UI development.

• Basic knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP methods, and JSON.

• Familiarity with Git and GitHub, or willingness to learn.

• Ability to debug problems, research solutions, and ask clear technical questions.

• Willingness to use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to support learning and productivity.

Good to Have

Mobile Application Development

• Experience with state management, such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Provider, or Riverpod.

• Familiarity with mobile navigation, reusable components, and responsive layouts.

• Basic knowledge of application testing and debugging.

• Familiarity with Android Studio, mobile emulators, and device testing.

Backend and Database

• Experience with Firebase Authentication or other Firebase services.

• Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL or MongoDB.

• Exposure to backend development using NestJS or Node.js.

• Understanding of authentication, API error handling, and data handling.

Cloud and Deployment

• Basic understanding of cloud platforms and application deployment.

• Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Vercel.

• Familiarity with environment variables and API configuration.

• Exposure to Next.js or web application development.

Candidates do not need to know every technology listed above. A strong foundation in one mobile development framework and the willingness to learn are important.

Internship Details

• Duration: 6 months.

• Stipend: A modest, performance-based stipend, with the amount determined through evaluation and communicated during the selection process.

• Full-time conversion: Successful interns may be considered for full-time employment based on their overall evaluation, technical growth, consistency, and company requirements.

Please note that full-time employment is not guaranteed upon completion of the internship.

Selection Process

1. Resume screening.

2. Technical interview covering programming fundamentals and relevant mobile development concepts.

3. Practical coding or development task.

4. Final evaluation based on technical ability, learning mindset, and role suitability.
