Mobile Application Support (L2) - Contract

Our client is a leading insurance company in Thailand.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 2 support for mobile applications, including analyzing and resolving application-related issues
• Respond to support calls and remotely troubleshoot technical problems related to mobile applications
• Collaborate with Tier 1 support and development teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Perform routine operational tasks including dashboard creation and generation of user-requested reports
• Document support procedures, troubleshooting steps, and solutions to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure timely communication with users while maintaining a high standard of service quality
• Working schedule: 5 days per week, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Application Support roles
• Experience in team management is required for Lead-level positions
• Basic knowledge of mobile operating systems including iOS and Android
• Experience with reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL is an advantage
• Good communication skills in both Thai and English
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to work effectively under pressure
• Flexible to work on non-weekend public holidays, with days off that may not fall on Saturday or Sunday
• Willing to provide standby or on-call support outside normal working hours
• Able to work under a renewable year-to-year contract arrangement
