Mobile Service Appointment Coordinator : Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday through Friday
Compensation: $35,000–$45,000+ annually, based on experience, plus monthly performance bonus

Position Summary

The Mobile Service Appointment Coordinator is responsible for generating and scheduling mobile service appointments through outbound calls to dealership leads, existing guests, and prospective customers. This position plays a key role in growing the Mobile Service department by providing excellent communication, follow-up, and appointment-setting support.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, customer-focused, and comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage leads efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to qualified clients to secure appointments.
• Schedule mobile service appointments based on customer needs and department availability.
• Explain the benefits and convenience of mobile service to guests.
• Follow up with unscheduled leads and missed opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the Mobile Service team to ensure appointments are properly scheduled and communicated.
• Provide professional and positive customer experience during every interaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly appointment settings and performance goals.
• Assist with organizing daily call lists, lead tracking, and follow-up schedules.
• Support department growth through consistent communication and lead management.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, appointment setting, dealership, or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers.
• Ability to follow up consistently and manage multiple leads at one time.
• Professional, dependable, and motivated.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use dealership CRM or scheduling software.
• Automotive or dealership experience is a plus but not required.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

Compensation

This position offers a salary range of $35,000 to $45,000+ annually, depending on experience, plus eligibility for a monthly performance bonus based on appointment-setting results and department goals.
