Mobile Associate

Job Summary

T-Mobile is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Mobile Expert to join our Retail Team of Experts. In this role, you will bring the T-Mobile brand to life by delivering outstanding customer experiences, building strong relationships, and helping customers find the right wireless products, services, and solutions.

The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and enjoys solving problems while meeting sales, service, and quality goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a best-in-class retail experience.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs.
• Educate customers on devices, service plans, accessories, and connected solutions.
• Recommend products and services that align with each customer’s lifestyle and goals.
• Use digital tools to support customer interactions, onboarding, and sales processes.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
• Stay current on wireless technology, products, promotions, and company processes.
• Complete ongoing training to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills.
• Collaborate with team members and other T-Mobile support teams to deliver strong results.
• Meet or exceed performance expectations related to sales, customer experience, and quality of sale.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to achieve goals.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay starting at $18 per hour
• Incentive opportunities based on performance and full-time status

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
