Mobile Automation Testing with GenAI

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead QA Mobile Automation Lead to design, development, and implementation of scalable automation solutions across Web, Mobile and Android application. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Selenium, Rest Assured / UI Automation, Kotlin, Generative AI/LLMs, Agentic AI, and AWS cloud technologies.

The role will be responsible for defining the automation strategy, architecting next-generation test automation frameworks, driving AI-powered testing initiatives, establishing engineering standards, and providing technical leadership across QA and engineering teams.

Work Type: Hybrid 3 days in office

Work Location: Chennai / Coimbatore

Required Skills:

• 610 years of professional experience in software quality assurance and test automation for Mobile Web Applications or Android / IOS.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in API Rest Assured.
• Strong programming experience in Selenium and Katlin.
• Must have hands on experience in Generative AI–based automation, and AWS cloud solutions.
• Drive automation strategy, innovation, and standards across teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and DevOps to deliver scalable automation solutions.
• Experience designing automation frameworks using Page Object Model, Screenplay, data-driven, keyword-driven, and hybrid approaches.
• Strong understanding of API automation and REST services.
• Experience with automation framework design,scalability, maintainability, and parallel execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade automation frameworks for Web, Mobile/Android, and API testing.
• Design and implement scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, UI / Rest Assured Automator and Kotlin
• Drive the adoption of Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities within the software testing lifecycle.
• Design and deploy automation workflows and infrastructure on AWS.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Define automation best practices, coding standards, and governance.
• Mentor teams and provide technical leadership.
• Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and AI technologies to enhance efficiency.
