Responsibilities

• Set up and break down mobile bar stations efficiently at different event sites or venues.
• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and craft beers, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash and card transactions accurately and swiftly.
• Engage with guests to provide personalized drink recommendations, enhance their experience, and promote beverage sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout service areas, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Develop innovative beverage recipes and craft cocktails to delight guests and keep offerings fresh and exciting.
• Collaborate with event coordinators or venue staff to ensure smooth operations, timely service, and guest satisfaction.

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer trends.
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service periods while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Exceptional customer service abilities with a friendly, energetic demeanor that creates memorable guest interactions.
• Previous experience in fine dining or hospitality environments, including restaurant or banquet settings.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills; familiarity with cashiering procedures is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and beverage presentation standards within the food industry.
