Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Our services include fleet washing, employee car wash programs, residential car washing and detailing, house cleaning, exterior property cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, and other home and automotive services.

About the Position

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Fleet & Express Car Wash Technician to join our team.

This position will primarily involves washing garbage trucks and undercarriages.

Fleet Washing
Work with the Clarity team to clean commercial vehicle fleets. Fleet washing is fast-paced and may involve washing dozens or hundreds of trucks and vehicles during a shift, so applicants must be comfortable working efficiently, following a system, and maintaining consistent quality throughout the day.

This is an active, hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outside, staying busy, and being part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Wash cars, trucks, vans, and commercial fleet vehicles
• Perform Clarity's express exterior car wash services
• Assist with express interior cleaning when required
• Work efficiently during high-volume fleet washing projects
• Follow established washing procedures and quality-control standards
• Inspect completed vehicles and correct any areas that do not meet quality standards
• Set up, operate, and properly store washing equipment
• Keep equipment, vehicles, and work areas organized
• Safely drive company vehicles when required
• Arrive at scheduled jobs on time and ready to work
• Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
• Work cooperatively with the rest of the crew to complete jobs efficiently

• Work well with a team
• Maintain a professional attitude around customers and client properties
• Be willing to learn new services and techniques

Previous car washing, detailing, fleet washing, pressure washing, or similar experience is helpful but not required for the right candidate.

Schedule

Wednesday through Sunday
8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Compensation

$25 to $28.00 per hour

$25 starting, $26–$27 once independently productive, and $28 for someone dependable enough to do the job without much supervision
