Carlucaccinos Coffee & Eats is growing, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable person to join our team.

We take speciality coffee and great food directly to workplaces and events across Yorkshire. Our aim is to become the region’s favourite mobile coffee bar, and we believe that starts with the people serving our customers.

This isn’t your typical catering job. You’ll get to know regular customers, enjoy plenty of conversation and brighten people’s working days with great coffee, tasty food and friendly service.

We’re looking for someone who is naturally outgoing, enjoys meeting new people and takes pride in doing a job well. You don’t need to be an expert barista already, but you should be keen to learn, enthusiastic about quality food and drink, and motivated to develop your skills.

What you’ll be doing

• Driving and operating an established coffee van round.

• Preparing the van and equipment for the day’s service.

• Loading stock, receiving deliveries and collecting supplies.

• Preparing and serving speciality coffees, hot drinks and food.

• Taking customer payments and providing excellent service.

• Keeping the van clean, organised and compliant with food hygiene requirements.

• Completing end-of-day cleaning and closing procedures.

What we’re looking for

• A full, clean UK driving licence held for at least nine years.

• Applicants aged 25 or over, in line with our vehicle insurance requirements.

• Confidence when talking to customers and the ability to build friendly relationships.

• A dependable, organised approach and a positive attitude.

• A genuine interest in coffee, food and customer service.

Previous hospitality, catering or customer service experience is an advantage, but full enthusiasm to learn is just as important.

Pay, hours and benefits

• Pay: £13.00 per hour, plus tips.

• Hours: Typically 38–45 hours per week.

• Working pattern: Monday to Friday, usually 7am–4pm.

• Employment: Full-time.

• Benefits: Discounted or free food.

• Additional opportunities: Weekend and seasonal work will be available.
