Mobile Cook

Position Description:

This is a highly paid, part-time, weekend, fair-weather, solo food venture. Weekdays may be available as well, depending on weather forecasts, if desired. Employee drives to specific locations, sets up the worksite, cooks, sells food, cleans, and returns to the point of origin in Allyn, WA. This job is a fast-paced, service-oriented position, typically 12hr days. Requires a current WA food worker card and driver's license. Training pay is $17/hr. When the employee is fully-trained and capable of solo work, the base pay is $17/hr PLUS TIPS. Tips typically range from $200 to $500/day. The most a solo worker has made in a day is approximately 200 base pay and 600 in tips, at a show. In the event of reduced sales or tips at any given site, the minimum pay to the solo employee will be $25/hr.
