Mobile Crane Operator

Main duties: Operate a crane and handle loads. Responsibilities: Perform pre-shift operations on the lifting equipment (unblocking, stabilization, etc.) and check the condition of the equipment. Access the cab, test transmission systems, etc., and prepare the crane for operation. Operate the crane, position the pulley block, and sling loads. Lift and distribute loads to different locations. Check the condition of the crane, identify any malfunctions, and report them to the supervisor. Put the crane into out-of-service mode and perform end-of-shift safety procedures (power supply, etc.).

Desired Candidate Profile

In terms of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment): Respect the general safety instructions and rules in force within the Company and on the Project site; Apply the procedures and rules dictated within the framework of the Integrated Management System; Wear appropriate collective and individual protective equipment (CPE and PPE) at the project level; Respect the safety instructions formulated by the manufacturer, contained in the equipment or machinery user manual; Check the condition of the equipment to ensure the absence of any defects that could harm safety and/or the environment and report any anomalies observed; Maintain equipment after each use, check for and report any leaks (water, fuel, oil) in order to avoid waste and environmental pollution.
