Mobile Crane Operator

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Mobile Crane Operator to operate mobile crane equipment safely and efficiently at project sites. The candidate should have relevant experience in crane operations and a strong understanding of safe lifting practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate mobile cranes for lifting, moving, and positioning materials and equipment.
• Carry out pre-operation checks of the crane and related equipment.
• Follow lifting plans, site instructions, and safety procedures.
• Ensure loads are properly secured before lifting.
• Coordinate with riggers, banksmen, and site supervisors during lifting operations.
• Monitor crane capacity, load weight, and operating conditions.
• Position the crane safely according to site requirements.
• Report any equipment faults, damage, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
• Maintain the crane and work area in clean and safe condition.
• Follow company and project health and safety requirements.
• Complete basic operational or inspection records when required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the site supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating mobile cranes.
• Valid crane operator certification/license as required for the role.
• Good knowledge of safe lifting and crane operating procedures.
• Ability to understand site instructions and safety requirements.
• Responsible attitude toward equipment and workplace safety.
• Ability to work effectively with rigging and site teams.
• Physically fit to perform routine operational duties.
