What they need
Mobile Crane Technician
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems, including pumps, control valves, cylinders, motors, hoses and hydraulic circuits.
- Troubleshoot electrical and electronic faults, sensors, wiring, controllers, CAN-bus/CAN communication and related systems.
- Perform computer-based diagnostics, fault-code reading, troubleshooting and parameter checking.
- Carry out LMI/RCI and crane safety-system troubleshooting and calibration where trained/authorized.
- Diagnose problems related to boom functions, winches, outriggers, steering and crane operating systems.
- Perform required sensor setting, calibration and system adjustments.
- Identify faults using diagnostic software, service manuals, electrical diagrams and hydraulic schematics.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and major/minor repairs.
Required Experience
Strong hands-on experience with multiple mobile crane brands, preferably:
Liebherr | Tadano | SANY | XCMG | Zoom lion | Terex Demag
