Mobile Crusher Technician (Australia based)

Responsibilities

• Manage the handover, commissioning and acceptance of mobile crushing and screening equipment at customer sites in Australia.
• Provide operator and maintenance training to customers and ensure proper use and maintenance of the equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment faults involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and diesel engine systems.
• Carry out equipment servicing, maintenance, repairs and approved technical modifications.
• Identify the causes of equipment faults and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment commissioning, maintenance, repairs, fault cases and technical solutions.
• Provide ongoing technical support to customers and respond to equipment-related issues in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional technical support and after-sales service.
• Record customer feedback and suggestions and follow up with the relevant parties where required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in the servicing, maintenance and repair of mobile crushers, crushing equipment or similar heavy mobile machinery.
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and diesel engine systems, with proven hands-on ability to diagnose and resolve equipment faults.
• Able to read and understand technical manuals, equipment specifications and basic electrical/hydraulic diagrams.
• Able to communicate effectively in English. Chinese language skills are an advantage.
• A technical diploma or vocational qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant trade, technical or equipment maintenance certifications will be an advantage.
• Willing to relocate to and be based in Australia for at least 1–2 years.
• Able to meet the applicable Australian work visa and employment requirements.
• Candidates with extensive relevant experience may be considered even if they do not meet every preferred qualification.
