Mining & Drilling Services (MDS) is a well-established company specializing in mobile crushing and screening operations throughout WA and the Kalgoorlie Goldfields region.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced and motivated Crushing Excavator Operators to join our team. If you’re safety-focused, reliable, and have a strong work ethic, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

Successful applicants will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of mobile crushing and screening equipment while maintaining high standards of safety, productivity, and equipment care.

Immediate start available.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in the mobile crushing and screening industry (preferred).
• Previous experience operating crushers and excavators relevant to the position.
• Applicants preferably based in the Kalgoorlie Goldfields region.
• Valid Driver Licence and White Card.
• Ability to pass pre-employment Medical.
• National Police Clearance (no older than 3 months).
• Relevant plant operator tickets and licences relevant to the position.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Employment will commence on a provisional casual or full-time hourly rate, with a performance and rate review after four months.
