Mobile Dev : iOS/ Android (Mobile Banking Team)

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join the Mobile Banking Team, responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining applications that support critical Mobile Banking services. The role covers mobile, web, backend, database, and enterprise platforms, working within an Agile (Scrum) environment and following IT standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) defined by IT BBL.

Key Responsibilities

Mobile Banking Application Development

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications supporting Mobile Banking platforms.

• Collaborate with the Mobile Banking Team to deliver secure, scalable, and high-availability banking solutions.

• Develop and maintain frontend/mobile applications using:

  • Native iOS (Pefer)
  • Native Android
  • React JS

Backend Systems Development

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C# (.NET).

• Deploy and operate backend services on:

  • Microsoft Windows / IIS
  • Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

System Support & Maintenance

• Support and maintain applications under the responsibility of the Mobile Banking Team.
• Perform incident investigation, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and system enhancement.
• Coordinate with related teams to ensure smooth operation of mobile banking services.

Enterprise Systems & Integration

• Develop and support systems related to:

  • BeConnect
  • OA – HR / HRDM systems

• Implement and maintain data synchronization between HRMS and the Bank’s User Management / OA Domain systems.

• Work with SQL Server and SSIS for data integration and batch processing.

• Develop and maintain internal solutions using:

  • SharePoint
  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate)

Agile & Delivery Process

• Work as part of an Agile Scrum team, participating in:

  • Sprint planning and estimation
  • Daily stand-ups
  • Sprint reviews and retrospectives

• Collaborate with developers, system analysts, testers, and stakeholders within the Mobile Banking domain.

Standards, Security & Compliance

• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and development standards defined by IT BBL.
• Ensure compliance with banking IT policies and security standards.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation as required.
