Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

Hands-on mobile application development using iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and/or

Android (Kotlin/Java).

Experience in cross-platform development using React Native or Flutter.

Strong API integration experience with REST APIs, JSON, microservices,

authentication and authorization.

Good understanding of mobile architecture, application lifecycle, performance

tuning, secure storage and SSL pinning.

Experience with Git, CI/CD practices, debugging, Agile/Scrum delivery and

production issue resolution.

Good-to-Have

App Store / Play Store deployment experience and release management

knowledge.

Firebase, push notifications, analytics, crash reporting and accessibility

implementation.

Cloud integration experience with AWS or Azure.

Mobile test automation, banking/FinTech or enterprise application experience.

Design, develop, test and maintain secure, scalable mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.

Build responsive and user-friendly mobile screens with strong focus on usability, accessibility and performance.

Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs, microservices and authentication services.

Implement mobile security best practices including secure storage, API security, SSL pinning and code quality controls.

Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance and improve application stability.

Collaborate with product owners, UX teams, backend developers and QA teams to deliver high-quality features in Agile delivery

model.
