Mobile Developer

As a Mobile Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain mobile application features for iOS and Android using Flutter. You will deliver high‑quality user interfaces and shared UI components while ensuring adherence to project coding, technical, performance, and design standards.

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed

Application Development

• Develop mobile application features based on business requirements for iOS and Android.
• Adhere to project coding, technical, and documentation standards.
• Develop and maintain shared UI libraries.
• Ensure user interfaces meet required quality and performance standards in line with design documentation.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with designers, business analysts, and backend developers.
• Translate design prototypes into functional, responsive mobile interfaces.
• Ensure applications align with business objectives and customer needs.

We’d Love to Hear From You If...

Experience

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a Mobile Developer in IT system development projects within finance and/or banking.
• You have worked on corporate financial management systems integrated with banking platforms or digital products for corporate customers.
• You have implemented and completed the go‑live of at least one Digital Banking, CRM, or Corporate Finance/Treasury Management solution integrated with banking systems.
• You have at least 3 years of experience across required mobile development technologies and practices.

Technical Expertise

• You have expertise in Dart, Flutter SDK, Flutter Widgets, Flutter CLI, Flutter Test, Mockito Dart, Flutter DevTools, Flutter Inspector, and Dart DevTools.
• You have experience using design prototypes and understand architectural patterns to recommend appropriate approaches.
• You understand caching, lazy loading, and preloading techniques to improve performance and user experience.
• You are proficient in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
• You are able to work with relevant UI/UX tools.
