Mobile Developer — Flutter / Dart

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Developer with strong expertise in Flutter and Dart to build high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing offline-capable field applications, including offline maps and background data synchronization.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional mobile application development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Proven experience developing and deploying applications for Android and iOS.
• Experience building at least one offline-capable field application.
• Strong understanding of:
• Offline mapsLocal data storageBackground synchronizationOffline/online data managementAPI integration
• Experience with ArcGIS Maps SDK for Flutter is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and performance optimization.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and handling authentication.
• Good understanding of mobile security, debugging, and testing.
• Experience with ArcGIS Maps SDK for Flutter.
• Experience developing GIS or utility field applications.
• Experience with GPS/location-based applications.Experience with background services and synchronization.
• Experience publishing applications to Google Play and Apple App Store.
• Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter/Dart.
• Build robust offline-first functionality for field users.
• Implement offline maps and location-based features.
• Develop background synchronization between mobile devices and backend systems.
• Integrate REST APIs and enterprise services.
• Work with GIS technologies and ArcGIS where required.
• Collaborate with backend developers, GIS specialists, QA engineers, and solution architects.
• Troubleshoot performance, synchronization, and connectivity issues.
• Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and user friendly.
