Mobile Developer (Scala + iOS)

We are seeking a Full-Stack iOS Engineer with strong expertise in iOS development, Scala backend services, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain enterprise iOS applications using Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, MVVM, and Clean Architecture.
• Build and support Scala-based APIs and microservices using Play Framework and Akka.
• Manage database integrations, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and releases.
• Troubleshoot issues across mobile, backend, database, and infrastructure layers.
• Perform testing, monitoring, debugging, and production support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, including coordination across time zones.

Required Skills:

• iOS: Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Combine, Core Data, URLSession, and Async/Await.
• Backend: Scala, Play Framework, Akka, REST APIs, MySQL, and Slick/JDBC.
• DevOps: Ansible, CI/CD, Git, and Datadog.
• Strong testing, debugging, and production support experience.
• Basic knowledge of Raspberry Pi, Linux/Raspbian OS, and device connectivity.

Preferred Profile: A self-driven full-stack engineer with strong iOS expertise, Scala backend experience, and the ability to work independently in a shipboard environment while coordinating with global teams.
