Mobile Device Testing Technician

CM Global Inc. is an R2V3-certified refurbished electronics company. We test, refurbish, and resell iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and Samsung devices through major retail and wholesale channels.

What you'll do

• Run full diagnostic testing on iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and Samsung devices
• Verify screens, batteries, cameras, buttons, ports, speakers, Face ID/Touch ID, and connectivity
• Check activation lock and carrier status, and perform data wipes to company standards
• Grade devices accurately for cosmetic and functional condition
• Log results in our inventory system with correct IMEI/serial matching
• Flag defective units for repair and keep testing benches organized

What we're looking for

• Strong working knowledge of Apple and Samsung mobile devices
• Fast and accurate — this is a high-volume floor where errors get shipped to customers
• Comfortable with repetitive computer entry and following a fixed process
• Able to stand and handle small electronics for extended periods
• Prior experience in device testing, phone repair, refurbishing, or electronics QC is a plus but not required — we'll train the right person

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
