Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum + up to £5,000 discretionary performance bonus

Potential Earnings: £40,000–£45,000 per annum

Are you an experienced team leader or operational manager looking for a role where you can take ownership, lead from the front and make a genuine difference?

One Parking Solution Limited (OPS) is looking for a motivated, commercially aware and hands-on Department Lead to manage our Mobile Patrol Enforcement Department.

This is an opportunity to take over an established department following the departure of a longstanding leader who has helped shape its success for almost 15 years.

We're looking for someone who can build on those foundations, inspire their team and contribute personally to operational performance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading, motivating and developing our mobile patrol enforcement team.
• Managing daily operations, patrol schedules, staff performance and site coverage.
• Taking a hands-on approach, including undertaking patrol duties yourself.
• Driving operational efficiency, productivity and high standards of service.
• Ensuring enforcement activities remain professional, fair and compliant.
• Working closely with senior management to improve and develop the department.

This isn't a desk-based management role. We're looking for someone who enjoys being out in the field, leading by example and achieving results.

What We're Looking For

• Previous supervisory, team leadership or management experience.
• Strong organisational, communication and people management skills.
• A proactive, practical and commercially aware approach.
• Confidence in managing a team while contributing personally to operations.
• A full, valid UK driving licence (zero penalty points preferred).
• Parking industry experience is desirable, but not essential. We welcome experienced managers from other sectors with the right attitude and transferable skills.

• £35,000–£40,000 basic salary, dependent on experience.
• Up to £5,000 annual discretionary performance bonus, subject to performance and company discretion (not guaranteed).
