Develop native enterprise IM app (iOS/Android).
Mobile architecture; optimize performance, battery, traffic, startup.
Stable backend communication.
Resolve mobile compatibility issues.
Collaborate with backend/product/testing for quality delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields; 3+ years native iOS or Android.
iOS: Swift/ObjC; Android: Kotlin/Java; UI optimization, multithreading, memory.
IM/social/RTC experience preferred; WebSocket/MQTT/APNs/FCM.
Mobile security (encryption, cert validation), network optimization (weak network), monitoring.
Coding standards, unit testing, problem-solving.
Good communication, learning, teamwork.
