About the Role

We're looking for a Mobile Game QA Tester to join our QA team and help make sure every TREAT release works and feels great on both Android and iOS. You'll test new features, live-ops events, and in-game offers before they reach our players, catch bugs early, and work closely with our QA Team Lead, developers, and Product to get them fixed fast. We work AI-first, so we're looking for someone who already uses AI tools as a natural part of their daily work - to write test cases, analyze logs, reproduce issues, and move faster. The role is mainly manual testing, and automation experience is a big advantage. This is a startup role in every sense: things move fast, priorities can change within the week, and releases don't always wait for perfect conditions. You'll need to be flexible, take ownership, and be comfortable working independently, sometimes with incomplete specs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of our mobile game on Android and iOS - new features, regression, smoke, and release testing
• Test game-specific content - live-ops events, offers, in-app purchases, rewards, and game economy changes
• Write, maintain, and run test plans, test cases, and checklists
• Report bugs clearly, with steps to reproduce, logs, screenshots, and videos, and follow them through to resolution
• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar) daily to generate test cases, analyze logs and crashes, and speed up your work
• Verify fixes and run regression testing before every release
• Test across a wide range of devices, OS versions, and screen sizes
• Work closely with the QA Team Lead, developers, and Product in a fast release cycle
• Suggest improvements to our QA processes and help identify what can be automated

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of hands-on QA experience testing mobile apps
• Experience testing mobile games
• Strong experience testing on both Android and iOS, including tools such as ADB, Android Studio, Xcode, and TestFlight
• Hands-on, daily use of AI tools in your QA work, and real curiosity about using them to work smarter
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test design, and the bug lifecycle
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (Jira or similar)
• High attention to detail and a player-first mindset
• A real desire to join a startup, with a clear understanding of what that means - fast pace, changing priorities, high ownership, and sometimes working with incomplete information
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Immediate availability to start

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mobile test automation (Appium, Maestro, or similar)
• Experience testing in-app purchases, ads, and analytics events
• API testing experience (Postman or similar)
• Experience with network debugging tools (Charles, Proxyman, or similar)
• Basic SQL or scripting skills (Python or JavaScript)



Location & Working Terms

This is a full-time remote role. Working days are Sunday to Thursday, 09:00-18:00 Israel time. We're looking for someone who is available to start immediately.
