The Role

The successful candidate will work both on-site and at customer locations carrying out a variety of hydraulic engineering duties. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong fault-finding skills and experience working with hydraulic systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacturing and fitting hydraulic hose assemblies
• Manufacturing, replacing, and installing steel tube assemblies
• Hydraulic fault finding and diagnostics
• Carrying out servicing and maintenance work
• Completing hydraulic installation projects
• Attending breakdowns and carrying out on-site repairs
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Maintaining accurate job records and communicating effectively with customers

Requirements

• Previous experience within hydraulic engineering or a similar mechanical role
• Good understanding of hydraulic systems and components
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hydraulic faults
• Experience with hose and steel tube assembly manufacture preferred
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and good customer service skills
