We are currently seeking a Mobile Lube Technician to join our expanding Fleet & Equipment team.

In this hands-on, field-based position, you will be responsible for providing mobile lubrication, preventative maintenance, inspections, and basic servicing for NuBuild's fleet of construction equipment, trucks, and support vehicles across active job sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled grease, oil, fluid, filter, and routine servicing on heavy equipment, trucks, and trailers.

  • Mobile Field Service: Operate out of a company service truck to complete on-site calls across various NuBuild work locations.
  • Documentation & Safety: Maintain accurate service records and strictly adhere to environmental regulations, safe disposal protocols, and company safety policies.
  • Fleet Upkeep: Keep the service truck, lubrication equipment, tools, and parts inventory clean, organized, and safe.

  • Soft Skills: Ability to work independently, prioritize service requests, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, while demonstrating good communication and organizational skills.
  • Licensing: Valid Class G driver’s licence with a clean driving record (DZ licence strongly preferred).
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, navigate active construction sites, and safely lift, climb, and perform physical servicing tasks.
