WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS A MOBILE MAINTENANCE-GROUNDS KEEPER TECHNICIAN?

In this role, you'll inspect commercial grounds, identify areas needing attention, clean and prepare vacant tenant spaces for future occupancy, perform light maintenance tasks, and replace lights and ballasts as needed. Throughout the day, you'll play a key role in ensuring our properties remain clean, safe, functional, and inviting, directly contributing to the professional appearance and overall success of each location.

WHEN WILL YOU WORK?

This is a full-time, onsite position in which employees report to a central location before traveling to commercial properties throughout Independence, Valley View, Broadview Heights, Seven Hills, and Brecksville.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR MOBILE MAINTENANCE-GROUNDS KEEPER TECHNICIAN?

• Ability to perform light maintenance duties
• Ability to climb a ladder

The ability to lift up to 60 pounds and possession of a valid driver's license are preferred.
