The Position Reporting to the Superintendent, Mobile Maintenance, the Coordinators’ primary objective is to provide the planned availability to deliver on the mine plan for all processes to meet the budgeted tonnage at or below budgeted costs. The ideal candidate will promote a constructive, can do, collaboration effort between Operations, Planning and Maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and full entitlement, to deliver on the weekly, monthly, quarterly production plans.

The Coordinator will foster a culture across departments of doing the basics well ensuring Proactive/Predictive/Preventative maintenance activities are executed in a safe, efficient, timely manner and to high-quality standard. As well, keeping with our vision for continuous improvement, will champion working with key stakeholders to facilitate investigations of significant or repeat functional failures in order to understand root cause and provide solutions to prevent reoccurrences. Working with warehousing, purchasing, and suppliers to ensure materials, services or repairable deliver on expectations to support the business through sustainable improvements within those processes.

Skills And Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a leadership capacity
• Minimum of 10 years in underground maintenance experience
• Trade Certification or degree Mechanical Engineering/Technology would be considered an asset
• Up to date technical knowledge and mechanical skills

Compensation And Benefits Competitive total compensation package including:

• Company contributions and matching into a Defined Contribution Pension Plan; and
• Annual compensation of CAD$104,000 to CAD$130,000.
