Mō te tūranga - About the role

We’re looking for a motivated customer-focused professional to take on a Mobile Mortgage Manager role. This isa unique opportunity to work autonomously while truly making a difference in the lives of home buyers. You’ll be guiding customers through one of the most important journeys of their lives – buying a home – and supporting them with personalised advice every step of the way.

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy building trusted relationships and driving meaningful outcomes.

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting customers through the full home loan process, from initial conversations to settlement andbeyond
• Deliver standout service and helping customers consider their full financial wellbeing, including riskprotection needs
• Building and maintaining relationships with external partners like real estate agents, accountants, andlawyers
• Collaborating across ANZ’s Personal, Business and Private Banking teams to deliver a seamless customerexperience
• Following compliance, risk and quality standards to ensure advice is consistently reliable and responsible
• Attracting Home Lending customers to ANZ through proactive leverage of internal and external networks

• Meeting with customers – in person or remotely – to understand their home lending goals and tailor solutions

• Analysing complex financial data to assess home loan affordability and make credit recommendations
• Actively growing your business by developing a strong referral network of influencers and professionals
• Sharing insights and collaborating with internal teams to deliver the best customer outcomes
• Representing ANZ with pride in local events and financial wellbeing workshops

• Proven sales experience and knowledge in lending capability
• Excellent relationship and networking skills
• Interest and passion for property development and investment
• Highly motivated to help clients achieve their financial goals

• Excellent verbal and writing skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
