ProTherapy Concepts is looking for a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist to provide outpatient physical therapy to patients in their homes and community settings throughout Rockingham County. This role is a great fit for a PT who enjoys building one-on-one connections and helping people improve their movement, function, and confidence in their everyday environment.

What you’ll do

• Complete physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled outpatient physical therapy in patients’ homes or community settings.
• Progress treatment based on each patient’s goals, response, and clinical needs.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, safety, and home programs.
• Document evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries accurately and on time.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and the ProTherapy team as appropriate.
• Manage travel and scheduling for visits across Rockingham County.
• Follow professional, safety, privacy, and documentation standards.

What we’re looking for

• Current North Carolina license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong examination, clinical reasoning, and treatment-planning skills.
• Experience or interest in outpatient care in home or community settings.
• Clear communication skills and a caring, professional manner.
• Dependability, organization, and ability to work independently while staying connected with the team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• CPR certification

Position details

• Part-time position serving patients throughout Rockingham County.
