What they need
Responsibilities
- Conduct hands-on PCBA repair training for Service Center Technicians.
- Coach technicians on component-level troubleshooting and repair.
- Perform Level 4 PCBA repair when no training is scheduled.
- Travel nationwide to conduct technical training.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in PCB/PCBA repair.
- Experienced in motherboard repair, soldering, IC replacement, BGA/reballing, and board troubleshooting.
- Background in mobile phone repair is preferred.
- Laptop or consumer electronics repair experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
- Willing to travel nationwide.
Pay: Php29,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
