Functional For Life is looking for enthusiastic, reliable and proactive Personal Trainers to join our growing team in Brisbane.

The role

As a Functional For Life Personal Trainer, you'll work directly with clients to help them improve their strength, fitness, mobility and overall health.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality, personalised training sessions
• Building strong relationships with your clients
• Programming appropriately for individual goals and abilities
• Managing and retaining your allocated client base
• Communicating professionally with clients and the FFL team
• Contributing to a positive and supportive team culture

What we're looking for

We're looking for trainers who are professional, personable and genuinely enjoy helping people.

You'll need:

• Certificate III & IV in Fitness
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• A current driver's licence
• Access to a reliable car
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability and excellent time management
• A genuine passion for helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals

Availability is important.

Our busiest training periods are before and after the working day, so applicants must have some regular availability between 6:00am–9:00am and/or 5:00pm–7:00pm.

You don't necessarily need to be available for every one of these hours, but consistent availability within at least one of these periods is essential.

Location

Applicants must be located within approximately 7km of Brisbane CBD and have access to a car.
