Pay: Based on experience

Region: North San Diego County and surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient locations to perform blood draws and specimen collections
• Verify patient information and explain procedures
• Perform venipuncture using proper safety and infection control protocols
• Label, process, and prepare specimens for transport
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Follow all company and laboratory policies and quality standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience (geriatric and pediatric experience required)
• Proficient in venipuncture and specimen collection
• Knowledge of laboratory procedures, medical terminology, and infection control
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a mobile schedule
• Current phlebotomy certification (required)
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• Hospital or clinical experience preferred
