Mobile Physiotherapist

Stream Healthcare is currently seeking Community Physiotherapists for a range of opportunities across Sydney and surrounding regions, including the St George area, Southern Suburbs, Western Suburbs, and surrounding areas.

About the RoleAs a Community Physiotherapist, you will provide high-quality, person-centred physiotherapy services to clients in their homes, Residential Aged Care's and community settings.
You will manage a varied caseload across:

• Aged Care (Home Care Package clients)
• NDIS participants
• DVA clients
• Private clients

Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualised treatment plans, supporting mobility and functional independence, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive client outcomes.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
• Current AHPRA registration
• Passion for community-based care and improving client independence
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
• Current driver’s licence and your own vehicle
• Full Working Rights in Australia
