Mobile PPM Engineer

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Mobile PPM Engineer to join our team, covering a portfolio of commercial properties across London. This is a straightforward, Monday to Friday position focusing on general Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) within building services.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out routine Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) across commercial buildings.
• General building services maintenance tasks (basic fabric, mechanical, or electrical checks depending on your core trade).
• Filter changing
• Flush tests
• Emergency light testing
• Lamping
• Completing compliance and service reports using company systems.
• Maintaining van stock, tools, and equipment to a high standard.
• Communicating effectively with helpdesk teams and on-site clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience within a building services maintenance or facilities management environment.
• Relevant trade background in either electrical, mechanical, pluming, A/C etc
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Good communication skills and a professional, customer-facing attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage your daily London travel efficiently.
