Senior Mobile QA Engineer

As a preferred supplier to one of our biggest organisations, I am seeking a Senior Mobile QA Engineer for a 12+ month contract in Netherlands

Responsibilities:

You will define and implement the QA strategy for a mobile platform supporting iOS and Android. The role involves building automated test frameworks, validating SDKs and modular integrations, and improving integration, end-to-end and regression testing. You will embed testing into CI/CD pipelines, support release validation, investigate root causes and prevent regressions across shared components. Working closely with developers and platform teams, you will drive quality improvements, strengthen testability and promote consistent QA practices.

Experience:

• 6-8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering, preferably in mobile environments.
• Experience testing both iOS and Android applications.
• Strong mobile test automation experience using XCTest, Espresso, Appium or similar tools.
• Experience testing modular architectures, complex dependencies, SDKs, frameworks or shared platform components.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, release validation and quality gates.
• Hands-on experience with integration, end-to-end, regression, performance and stability testing.
• Strong analytical skills, including defect investigation and root cause analysis.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering teams and independently drive quality improvements.
