Duties

• Diagnose issues with mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and accessories, using technical schematics and diagnostic tools
• Perform repairs on hardware components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, and internal circuitry with precision hand tools
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of computer hardware related to mobile devices and repair stations
• Reassemble devices carefully, ensuring all components are securely fitted and operational standards are met
• Test repaired devices thoroughly to verify functionality, including checking network connectivity and device performance
• Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic steps taken for each device
• Assist in inventory management by tracking parts and tools necessary for ongoing repairs

Requirements

• Strong mechanical knowledge of electronic devices and their internal components
• Proficiency with hand tools commonly used in device repair such as screwdrivers, prying tools, and soldering equipment
• Experience with computer hardware repair and familiarity with schematics for troubleshooting complex issues
• Knowledge of computer networking principles relevant to mobile device connectivity (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cellular networks)
• Ability to interpret technical diagrams and schematics accurately for precise repairs
• Prior experience in computer repair or electronic equipment maintenance is highly desirable
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and quality assurance
