Mobile Response/ Security Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and vigilant Mobile Response/Security Supervisor to lead our mobile security team in safeguarding our Clients assets. In this dynamic role, you will conduct mobile patrol operations, monitor mobile to coordinate rapid response efforts to ensure a swift response to alarm activations. Your proactive approach will help prevent loss, deter theft, and maintain safety standards across multiple locations. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate mobile security patrols to monitor premises, parking lots, and surrounding areas for suspicious activity or safety hazards.
• Utilize systems to conduct surveillance, review footage, and identify potential security threats or irregularities.
• Respond swiftly to security alarms or incidents, liaising with emergency services and internal teams as needed to ensure quick resolution.
• Conduct regular inspections of security equipment such as CCTV cameras, access controls, and alarm systems to ensure optimal operation.
• Maintain detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and observations to support ongoing security efforts and investigations.
• Provide first aid assistance when necessary and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
• This role is covering Gloucestershire areas and surrounds depending on alarm activations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in security operations with a focus on surveillance and securing premises.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, alarm monitoring, and surveillance techniques.
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively during emergencies or incidents.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to oversee mobile security teams confidently.
• Valid first aid certification is preferred; additional certifications in security or emergency response are a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods while maintaining high alertness levels.

Pay: £13.60-£13.75 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 36.0 per week
