Mobile RV Technician

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Service Customer Recreational Vehicles with Care: Travel to customer locations (campgrounds, private land, and residences) to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain RVs, travel trailers, and 5th wheels.

Pay Attention to Details: Perform quality checks to verify all repairs and services are completed before leaving the site

Work as a Team: Maintain open communication with managers, service advisors, and other technicians to ensure efficiency

Manage Time Efficiently in the Field: Work independently with a strong sense of urgency and time management to ensure efficient service appointment completion

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in RV repair and maintenance – Required (2+ years)
• Construction, HVAC, and Electrical knowledge is a plus
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Detail Oriented

This is a full-time position starting at $25.00-$30.00/hour, depending on the individual’s experience and productivity. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be able to successfully complete pre-employment background and motor vehicle record (MVR) screenings, consistent with applicable law.
