Best Rate Fleet Services is seeking a reliable and motivated Highway Response Specialist. This position involves traveling throughout an assigned service area, assisting with identifying roadside service opportunities, communicating with customers, and coordinating with our dispatch team.

The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, comfortable driving for extended periods, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout an assigned service area.
• Identify and respond to roadside service opportunities.
• Communicate professionally with commercial drivers and customers.
• Gather accurate information and coordinate with dispatch.
• Maintain regular communication throughout the shift.
• Follow assigned routes and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate vehicle, mileage, and activity records.
• Keep the assigned company vehicle clean and properly maintained.
• Represent Best Rate Fleet Services professionally.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Dependable attendance and reliable communication.
• Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use a smartphone and GPS navigation.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Familiarity with commercial trucks, roadside assistance, towing, or transportation is preferred but not required.
• Must be comfortable working around highway traffic and in changing weather conditions.

Schedule

Applicants should have flexible availability. Shifts may include days, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage.

Compensation

• Hourly pay
• Additional performance-based compensation opportunities

Best Rate Fleet Services is looking for someone who is alert, self-motivated, safety-conscious, and comfortable interacting with the public. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

Pay: $600.00 - $1,200.00 per week

Experience:

• Route driving: 1 year (Preferred)
