What they need
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on AWP/EWP and Material Handling products, both in the field and in the workshop.
- Address warranty issues promptly and communicate effectively about any repair limitations.
- Travel as necessary to various sites to support our AWP/EWP customer base throughout the region.
- Provide feedback on product improvements and design changes for products and services.
- Be prepared to travel internationally to support business operations in other Southeast Asian countries, ensuring consistent service standards and customer satisfaction across the regional market.
- Manage warehouse operations, including goods/parts receipt, storage, inventory control, and outbound delivery to ensure accurate and efficient stock movement.
