Mobile Support (IT Asset Management and Report Support)

Job Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in Helpdesk/Technical Support, including mobile support such handling computer hardware & software, and peripheral equipment.
• Handles the servicing of company issued iPads and Mobile Phones; explore, analyze, identify, and solve issues with customer systems, including computer hardware & software, peripheral equipment and networks using documented processes where available and best practices were not.
• Execute other task assigned, which may include Helpdesk support, conference facility set-up, and project work.
• Provide guidance and trainings to employees on the foundation of the company services and departmental processes.
• Working knowledge of helpdesk processes, ticketing systems, and customer support best practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Google Sheets
• Skills in handling performance data, QA results, customer feedback, incident trends, and operational observations.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
