Job Description

• Respond effectively to alarm responses and client calls
• Patrol scheduled sites/location
• Complete site and officer inspections

Requirements

• Valid Ontario Security License
• Possess a valid Ontario drivers license - G Class
• Must be meet our insurance company requirements. (25+ as of Jan 2025)
• Must provide current driver abstract.
• Must be able to be approved on our insurance
• Must be fully vaccinated (Covid-19 policy in affect)
• 2+ years Experience is a related position required.
• Post-secondary diploma or certification in a related field (e.g. law-enforcement) preferred
• Demonstrated organizational skills with strong oral and written communication abilities
• Exceptional organizational abilities with task prioritization, multi-tasking, use of timelines and time management techniques
• High level of personal integrity
• Strong work ethic
• Professional/mature demeanor under stressful situations
• Confident, consistent decisive personality
• Must be able to work with little supervision; must be self-directed
• Drivers License (applies to Mobile Position only must be a full G licence for at least 2yrs and over the age of 25 with a clean driving abstract as per company insurance for)
• First Aid/CPR Certification Level C
• Smart Service ID
• A.O.D.A Certification
• WHMIS Certification
• Traffic Control Certificate

Shifts:

• Night Shifts (7:30pm-7:30am)
• Continental Shifts (Mon ON, Tues ON, Wed OFF, Thurs OFF, Fri ON, Sat ON, Sun ON, Mon OFF, Tues OFF, Wed ON, Thurs ON, Fri OFF, Sat OFF, Sun OFF; Repeat)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.60-$19.60 per hour

Licence/Certification:

• Security Guard Licence (required)
• WHMIS Certification (preferred)
• Ontario Human Rights Code /AODA (preferred)
• First aid /CPR Level C (required)
• Canadian Drivers License (required)
