Mobile Tech Lead (iOS)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in iOS native development, along with exposure to cross-platform mobile frameworks. This role involves technical leadership, architecture decisions, mentoring developers, and ensuring scalable and high-performance mobile solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of mobile applications.
• Build and maintain scalable mobile solutions across iOS and cross-platform frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Define best practices for mobile architecture, performance, security, and scalability.
• Mentor and guide mobile developers, conducting code reviews and enforcing development standards.
• Ensure mobile applications meet performance, usability, and quality benchmarks.
• Drive adoption of modern mobile development practices including CI/CD and automated testing.
• Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and services efficiently.

About you

• 6–10 years of experience in mobile application development.
• Strong expertise in iOS (Swift / Objective-C).
• Experience working with cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter, React Native, or Xamarin is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture).
• Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services.
• Strong knowledge of mobile performance optimization and debugging.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.
• Experience leading or mentoring mobile development teams.
• Exposure to both native and cross-platform mobile ecosystems.
