Mobile Technician/CSR/Storekeeper

• Able to troubleshoot and repair mobile phones (hardware and software)

• Basic knowledge of CRM, ticketing, and inventory systems
• Good time management, multitasking, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and perform basic mobile phone repairs
• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints
• Monitor inventory and maintain accurate records and documents
• Process orders, returns, and service requests
• Record and track mobile phones submitted for repair
• Keep service records and other documents organized

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• Experience in a similar role is required
• NC II or related technical certification is an advantage
• Computer literate and familiar with inventory systems
• Organized, flexible, and able to work independently
• Willing to learn and work well with a team
